Delete your account

How to do it

1. Open EVolve and sign in.
2. Go to Perfil (Profile) → Zona de peligro (Danger zone) → Eliminar mi cuenta (Delete my account).
3. Type ELIMINAR to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

The same steps work at evolvepoker.app from any browser, in case you no longer have the app installed.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your progress: lessons, drills, your El Circuito run and your statistics.
• Your entry in the public ranking, including your name and photo.
• Your web subscription, if you have one — we cancel it automatically.

If you wrote to support, we keep that message as a record of the exchange. You can ask us to delete it too.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, that subscription is NOT cancelled when you delete your account: only the store can cancel it, from the subscription settings on your device.

Delete only your progress, keeping your account

If you would rather start over but keep your account, you can erase your practice data from inside the app, under Perfil (Profile):

• "Reiniciar" on a drill erases its statistics and its spaced-repetition memory.
• "Reiniciar todos los drills" does the same for all 19 at once.

The deletion happens both in the cloud and on the device, takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Your account, your subscription and your El Circuito run are left untouched.

If you can no longer sign in

Email us at privacidad@evolvepoker.app from the account's address, or use the support form, and we will delete it for you.
